Advil Ultra 200 mg – 10 Rapid-Release Ibuprofen Softgels

Indications:
Advil Ultra belongs to the group of medicines called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (known as NSAIDs) and are used to relieve pain and reduce inflammation and fever.
Due to the soft capsule form, the active substance is absorbed by the body 1.25-2.5 times faster than in the case of tablets. For the relief of mild to moderate pain, osteoarticular and muscular pain (including tendonitis, bursitis, dislocations, sprains), back pain, headache, migraine (treatment and prophylaxis), toothache, dysmenorrhea, fever and for the relief of cold and flu symptoms

Contraindications:
Do not use Advil Ultra if:
- you are allergic (hypersensitive) to ibuprofen or any of the other ingredients of Advil Ultra;
- you are hypersensitive to acetylsalicylic acid and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).

Precautions:
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking Advil Ultra.

Pregnancy, breast-feeding and fertility:
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.

Pregnancy:
The medicine is not recommended during pregnancy, especially in the first 3 months.
It is contraindicated during the last 4 months of pregnancy.

Breast-feeding:
Talk to your doctor before using Advil Ultra Forte while breast-feeding. You should not use Advil Ultra Forte if you are breast-feeding.

Driving and using machines:
Due to the side effects it can cause on the central nervous system (e.g. visual disturbances, dizziness, headache), ibuprofen may affect your ability to drive or use machines.

How to take:
Always take this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. You should talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

Adults, the elderly and children over 12 years of age: one soft capsule every 4-6 hours, as needed.
Do not take more than 6 soft capsules (1200 mg) in 24 hours.
The soft capsules should be swallowed whole with water, before or after meals.
Do not give to children under 12 years of age.
If symptoms persist, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Composition:
The active substance is ibuprofen. Each capsule contains 200 mg ibuprofen.
- The other excipients are:
Capsule content: macrogol 600, potassium hydroxide 50%.
Capsule: gelatin, purified water, partially dehydrated liquid sorbitol (E 420), quinoline yellow (E 104), patent blue V (E 131).
Printing materials: titanium dioxide (E 171), alcohol SDA 35 A, propylene glycol, polyvinyl acetate phthalate, purified water, isopropyl alcohol, macrogol 400, ammonium hydroxide 28%.
