hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, calcium carbonate, polyethylene glycol; colors: yellow iron oxide, black iron oxide.

Directions for use:
Adults: 1-2 tablets per day, during meals, preferably in the evening.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

This product is a food supplement and should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed 3 g/day or supplement with added plant sterols (1 tablet contains 120 mg of plant sterols, 2 tablets contain 240 mg of plant sterols).
