Indications:
Coldact Sinus is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain (e.g. headache, sore throat, sinus pain), fever, nasal congestion and nasal hypersecretion.
Contraindications:
Do not use Coldact Sinus:
- if you are allergic to paracetamol and pseudoephedrine or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.
Precautions:
Before using Coldact Sinus, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Pregnancy, breastfeeding and fertility:
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to become pregnant, consult your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.
Pregnancy:
Data from the use of paracetamol in pregnant women are limited. Human and animal studies have not identified any risk to pregnancy or embryofoetal development. Epidemiological studies during pregnancy have not shown any teratogenic or fetotoxic effects due to paracetamol at the recommended doses.
As a precautionary measure, it is preferable to avoid the use of paracetamol during pregnancy.
However, as with other drugs, caution is advised when administering paracetamol during the first trimester of pregnancy.
Lactation:
In humans, paracetamol is excreted in milk, but at therapeutic doses, no effects on breastfed newborns/infants are expected.
Fertility:
Nonclinical toxicity studies have shown toxic effects on reproductive function.
Driving and using machines:
The medicine does not affect the ability to drive and use machines.
Method of administration:
Always use this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
Adults (including the elderly) and adolescents over 12 years: 2 coated tablets up to 3 times a day, as needed, to relieve symptoms.

Composition:
- The active substances are: paracetamol and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride. Each film-coated tablet contains 500 mg paracetamol and 30 mg pseudoephedrine hydrochloride.
- The other ingredients are: core-microcrystalline cellulose PH 102, povidone K 30, sodium starch glycolate type A, talc, corn starch, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate; film-Opadry II white 85F18422, partially hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohol, titanium dioxide (E 171), macrogol / PEG 3350, talc.
