Internal antiparasitic for cats Dehinel, 230 mg/20 mg, 2 tablets

Properties:
- for cats for the treatment of mixed infestations with ascarids, nematodes and cestodes;
- adult forms of ascarids: Toxocara cati (synonym mystax);
- adult forms of nematodes: Ancylostoma tubaeforme, Ancylostoma braziliense cestode, Echinococcus multilocularis, Dipylidium caninum, Hydatigera (Taenia) taeniaeformis, Mesocestoides spp., Joyeuxiel/a pasqualei.

Directions for use:
5 mg praziquantel and 20 mg pyrantel (57.5 mg pyrantel embonate) per kg body weight.
The dose corresponds to 1 tablet per 4 kg body weight.

Animal weight Tablets:

1 – 2 kg                0.5 tablet
2.1 – 4 kg             1 tablet
4.1 – 6 kg             1.5 tablets
6.1 – 8 kg             2 tablets

Kittens weighing less than 1 kg should not be treated with this product, as the correct dosage cannot be determined.

Ingredients:
Pyrantel embonate 230 mg (equivalent to 80 mg pyrantel); Praziquantel 20 mg.

Precautions:
In extremely rare cases, transient digestive tract disorders may occur, such as: hypersalivation and/or vomiting, as well as transient neurological disorders, such as ataxia.
If you notice serious reactions or other unusual elements, please inform your veterinarian.
Dehinel is not used in cats weighing less than 12 kg.
Do not administer in case of hypersensitivity to the active substances or any of the excipients.
Store in a place protected from moisture and direct sunlight, at temperatures up to 25°C.
In case of overdose, some cats may experience hypersalivation, in addition to the symptoms observed at the recommended dose.
In case of overdose, please contact your veterinarian immediately.
