Mucosolvan 30 mg – 20 Tablets (Ambroxol) by Sanofi – Effective Expectorant

Indications:
Mucosolvan is indicated as a secretolytic in the treatment of acute bronchial diseases and exacerbations of bronchopneumopathy or other chronic bronchopulmonary diseases associated with abnormal mucus secretion and impaired mucus transport.

Contraindications:
Do not take Mucosolvan:
- if you are allergic to ambroxol or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.

Precautions:
Before using Mucosolvan, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Pregnancy, breastfeeding and fertility:
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to become pregnant, consult your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.
Pregnancy:
Mucosolvan is not recommended during pregnancy, especially in the first three months of pregnancy.
Breastfeeding:
Mucosolvan is not recommended for breastfeeding mothers, as ambroxol hydrochloride is excreted in breast milk.

Driving and using machines:
There are no post-marketing data on the effects on the ability to drive or use machines. No studies on the effects on the ability to drive or use machines have been performed.

How to use:

Mucosolvan is reserved for the treatment of adults.
The recommended dose is 1 tablet (30 mg) 3 times a day.
The therapeutic effect can be increased by taking 2-4 Mucosolvan tablets (60-120 mg ambroxol hydrochloride) per day, taken orally in two divided doses.
The tablets should be taken with liquid.
